Aimee is a yoga teacher and osteopath who combines these complementary disciplines to create a unique approach to ongoing health.

Professional Background

Aimee originally qualified as a yoga teacher and has over 15 years experience using yoga to help people heal their bodies and stay healthy.

For Aimee, training as an osteopath was a natural progression from the understanding of the body she had developed through yoga, allowing her to treat problems more directly with hands-on techniques. She qualified with an M.Ost degree in osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and has been practicing as an osteopath since 2015.

Aimee worked at the UCO Clinic in London upon graduating, and has special interests in post-natal recovery, stress management and chronic pain

Clinical Approach

Being a yoga teacher and osteopath has had a profound effect on Aimee’s treatment approach, as understanding both systems has given her a deeper all-round understanding of the body and health.

This has led Aimee to be able to develop her treatment approach into something unique, using these complementary disciplines to identify and diagnose physical problems, and create a bespoke programme that does not just patch up patients and send them on their way, but which heals and strengthens and gives tools to continue to live a pain-free life.

Yoga Classes

Aimee runs group and individual yoga classes, where her students benefit from the enhanced clinical knowledge of the human body she has from being an osteopath. She also trains and tutors other yoga teachers and runs Continuing Professional Development courses.
