Her massage therapy journey began in 2009. Driven by a passion for helping others find relief, relaxation, and renewed vitality through expert massage techniques. Throughout her international career, she has mastered various massage modalities, adapting her therapeutic massage approach to meet the diverse needs of her clientele.

Paula’s extensive massage training and hands-on experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of human anatomy and how therapeutic massage can enhance physical and mental well-being. Currently in her second year of a Osteopathy Degree, Paula demonstrates her commitment to advancing her expertise in both massage therapy and manual treatment techniques.
