Rhodri is an experienced osteopath, passionate about biomechanics and understanding the human body.

Professional Background

Rhodri Griffiths is a registered Osteopath, sports massage & pregnancy massage specialist. He holds a M.Ost Masters degree in osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and has 7 years experience treating patients for a wide range of conditions.

Clinical Approach

His passion for studying the human body and biomechanics has lead to a great understanding of the musculoskeletal system.

By focusing on finding the true cause of your pain, Rhodri has a structured Osteopathic approach; using biomechanics, current concepts of pain science and a wealth of experience to support his patients back to health.

I have started experiencing severe back pain right after the birth. Tried acupuncture, chiropractor, physiotherapy, acupressure however none of them worked or didn’t last long enough. I had a key hole surgery on my shoulder last year July and the recovery has been horrendous, had a frozen shoulder which lead to a steroid injection then because of pain slept on sofa as I couldn’t lay down and sleep. Done physio but some cases made it worse. The first session Rhodri got the pain down from a 10 to a 3 and that is a very big difference from when I sneezed I would be in pain. I’m also glad my insurance is covered with Rhodri so I would 100% recommend people to go and get your self checked out!
